Heat the oven to 190°C fan. Grease generously the bottom and sides of 2 rectangular baking dish.

Mix together the cassava, milk, macapuno, eggs, butter, sugar and whisk until well blended. Pour the mixture equally to the prepared pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.

To make the topping, mix together all the ingredients until well mixed. Pour and spread the topping evenly into the top of the cake. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until top is golden brown. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
