Put all ingredients except for sea salt in a shallow bowl. With a spoon smash and mix well. I like my mix to be fairly smooth but that's just my preference.

If you make this ahead of time and store in fridge, bring your mixture to room temperature before using.

Once your protein is cooked remove from stove, oven or grill. Top with blue cheese mix and cover for about a minute to warm the topping.
