preheat oven to 350

combine the sugar, flour, cocoa pwder, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

add eggs, milk, vanilla and mayonnaise. combine well then add your boiling water mix well.

mix dry ingredients first then add your wet. mix well then place in well greased pan or pans.

grease two 9 inch cake pans

    2 cup sugar
    3/4 cup cocoa powder ( hershey's)
    1 3/4 cup flour
    1 1/2 tps baking powder
    1 1/2 tps baking soda
    1 tps salt
    2 eggs
    1 cup Milk
    1 cup Helman's Mayonnaise
    1 cup boiling water
    2 tps vanilla
