soften cream cheese before adding to already blending ingredients. add in smaller chunks at a time so it smooths out better.
once cream cheese is blended smoothly in to ur mix switch to a wisk head on ur blender set on a slower speed about a 3-4.
slowly pour in beer...so that it doesn't foam up too much and separate the mix.
