This comes from Indonesia, some variations use spring onion, red pepper, shallot, and garlic. The combination of sweet corn and a variety of other ingredients produces a very special dish. The delicious taste is certainly tempting, so you must taste this recipe! In most parts of Indonesia, this dish is usually served as a snack or side dish accompanying rice. Langkah Memasak

Langkah 1
Mix the corn with ground spices, flour, rice flour and egg. Add a little water and stir well.
Langkah 2
Add the red chilli, sliced scallions, coriander powder and bouillon powder. Stir again until well blended.
Langkah 3
Heat oil (use medium heat). Take 1 ladle of batter, fry until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain.
Langkah 4
Ready to be served as a side dish or snack to your beloved family.

Bahan

    2 ears corn, separated from the cob (1/4 mashed)
    1 egg, beaten
    100 gr flour
    2 tbsp rice flour
    2 red chillis, thinly sliced
    1 stalk scallions, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp coriander powder
    1 tsp bouillon powder (flavor beef / chicken, according to taste)
    Enough water
    The oil for frying
    GROUND SPICES
    5 shallots
    3 cloves garlic
    5 cayenne peppers
    1/4 tsp pepper grains
    to taste Salt
