First chop or shred all vegetables in to very small pieces. You can add cabbage and peas whatever your preference.

Rolling the lumpia: cut papers (egg roll wrapper)in half if papers are square cut in to triangle shape. Take a large spoonful of meat mixture and roll in to shape and size of a breakfast sausage then place on paper one inch up from bottom in the center.brush raw egg around edges a of paper then fold in bottom and side and roll upward ( this is the tricky part and may take some practice so I suggest having extra paper in case of waste).

Deep fry in cooking oil until golden brown. Make sure oil is clean and changed once it gets dirty or lumpia will look dark and nasty.
