Milky Potato Cream

Oleh cookpad.japan, I always get potatoes from Hokkaido during potato season, and I figured I could make sweets out of them. I made a Mont Blanc using this cream.I use Irish cobbler potatoes. When smashing and adding the other ingredients and mixing, work while they're still hot. Adjust the amount of sugar as desired. Recipe by La Land

Langkah Memasak

Langkah 1
Finely chop the chocolate. Cut the butter into 1 cm cubes and leave at room temperature.
Langkah 2
Cut the potato and boil until soft.
Langkah 3
Drain the potatoes and press through a sieve while still warm.
Langkah 4
Add all the other ingredients and mix in residual heat. Mix until smooth and it's complete.

Bahan

    200 grams Potatoes
    50 grams White chocolate
    50 grams Condensed milk
    20 grams Unsalted butter
    20 grams Sugar
