do not peel apple's...scoop out balls with a melon scooper out of the apples..meanwhile place caramels and milk into a saucepan on low...stir frequently...when melted...stick toothpicks into the balls of apple's and dip them ..let excess drip off...place on foiled lined cookie sheet.decorate as desired.. awesome mini snack and Halloween treats!
