Langkah Memasak

Langkah 1
Combine all the miso sauce ingredients and mix well. Cut the leeks into small pieces, soak in water, then drain well.
Langkah 2
Boil the noodles in a generous amount of water. While they boil, warm the bowls.
Langkah 3
Put 1.5-2 tablespoons miso sauce in each bowl, then pour in about 400 ml of the soup. Add the boiled noodles.
Langkah 4
Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

    5 hanks Fresh Chinese noodles
    25 grams Butter
    1 Corn on the cob
    1/2 Japanese leek
    1 Meat-miso
    5 Seasoned Soft-Boiled Eggs
    500 grams Char Siu
    1 Aji Moyashi
    2 liter Pork soup
    For the miso sauce:
    150 grams Miso
    2 tbsp Soy sauce
    1 tbsp Mirin
    1 tbsp Oyster sauce
    2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
