Marinate the cottage cheese with salt, turmeric and paprika for an hour or two. Deep fry it in refined oil. Blanch the spinach leaves, being water to boil and add spinach in it and let it boil for 2 minutes. Drain the warm water, then place the spinach under running cold water. Then blend it and keep it aside. Now use the same vegetable oil, add a pinch of asefoetida, cumin seeds till it crackles. Add onion, garlic and ginger paste and stir well till it becomes golden brown. Then add chilli, coriander and garam masala powder to this mid and stir well till it dissipates oil. Then add tomato puree, then the blanched and blended spinach puree. Let it boil for a few minutes, add the cottage cheese now and put some cream for dressing. Garnish with some grated cheese. Serve hot.

Bahan

    1/2 K.G Cottage Cheese,paneer or tofu as you like
    250 grams spinach, a pinch of aesofetida, pinch of cumin seed, coriander powder, garam masala 1 spoon,ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
    1/2 cup tomato puree
