Oleh kenny dunn, Combined the pulled beef and pull pork recipe I found on here. Juice by bookerluv Slowcooker Pulled Beef. Pork Rub by vadle.eldav CROCKPOT PULLED PORK. This combination and adjustments were done by me. Takes a little more effort but I wanted something a little different since everyone it seems makes pulled pork. I like the flavors of the rub and I like the juice from other. However I don't like the juice to be too watery so I decided I would just reduce the remaining juice so it will still retain all those flavors. You could add less water in the beginning but I don't think it will taste the same.
Combine water, salt, pepper, oregano,onion salt, garlic, sofrito and Italian mix. Stir well, bring to boil and turn off.

Smother rub on pork shoulder. Place Pork shoulder in crockpot. pour the juice over the top. Add more water to make sure it covers most of the pork shoulder

Cook on 10 hours on low. After that shredd the pork and stir.

Here is the different part, you should have a lot of juice left over. To really bring out the flavors reduce the sauce/juice by straining the meat. Put the meat back into the crock pot as the juice strains into a pot. All the juice should be in a pot and the meat back in the crock pot

Then heat the juice in the pot over stove for 1-2 hrs at a low simmer or however long it takes to make it thick. Then pour it back into the crock pot and stir. Then you are done!
