Langkah Memasak

Langkah 1
heat milk to simmering, pour over oil in bowl, and add salt.
Langkah 2
when lukewarm, dissolve yeast into mixture.
Langkah 3
sift the rye flour, measure and resift into above
Langkah 4
add just enough rye flour to make a stiff dough.
Langkah 5
stir for about 5 minutes, cover with towel and let rise for about 2 hours in a warm place.
Langkah 6
punch down and turn onto a board lightly dusted with rye flour.
Langkah 7
knead 10 minutes until dough becomes springy.
Langkah 8
shape into loaves, cover with towel, and let rise until dough begins to lift the towel.
Langkah 9
place in a preheated oven and bake at 300°F for 1 ½ hours with a pan of hot water placed on the shelf directly beneath pans of bread.

    2 cup milk
    1 tbsp oil
    2 tbsp salt
    1 tbsp active dry yeast
    4 1/2 cup rye flour
