Add vanilla wafers and oreos to food processor (sand-like).

In small bowl, cream together the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar.

Combine the cream cheese mixture and the pudding mixture. Fold in the CoolWhip.

To assemble for presentation: Layer in a new (never used) bucket in this order- sand, pudding, sand, pudding, etc. Your last layer should be sand.
