Oleh Sigrun, Do take great care ,cool down a little ,the caramel inside the muffin will be extremely hot. These can be frozen and when fully defrosted, be warmed for 15-20 sec in microwave. But please take care.

Langkah Memasak

Langkah 1
Grease 12 hole muffin pan. Sift flour into a large bowl,stir in sugar,chopped nuts,egg,milk and meted butter. Keep muffin mixture quite rough do not stir until very smooth.
Langkah 2
Spoon half the mixture into the prepared pan.place one or two caramels into centre of each muffin,top wiith remaining half.Top each with a brazil nut.
Langkah 3
Bake in a moderate oven about 20 minutes and golden brown.

    300 grams self raising flour
    110 grams castor sugar
    170 grams brazil nuts,roughly chopped
    1 egg,slightly beaten
    180 ml milk
    60 grams butter,melted
    12 whole brazil nuts
    225 grams packet,jersey,chocolate or plain caramels
