Combine hot cooked rutabaga with all ingredients in a blender ( the blender is a must for the silky texture ) Blend until smooth. Add reserved chicken broth if needed for a soft mash. Serve hot, it can be made ahead and heated in the microwave.Serve with butter if you like.

Bahan

    1 large or 2 medium rutabagas, peeled cut into 1 inche chunks, boiled in chicken broth and 1 tablespoon butter until very tender Save a few tablespoons broth to thin final dish if needed
    1/4 cup garlic and herb cream cheese
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1/2 tsp salt and pepper
    1 dash hot sauce, such as franks brand
    1 tsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
