Oleh Felice, This bread will take you on a trip to Germany! It is a very aromatic, mildly sour and denser bread with three kinds of flour (mostly rye, hence the denseness). The name "Dreierbrot" comes from the German word "Drei" which means "three." You will need sourdough starter to make this. I use rye sourdough, which you can make in a couple days (here is how I do it: https://cookpad.com/us/recipes/257426-how-to-make-rye-sourdough-starter). This recipe is adapted from "BrotBackBuch" by Lutz Grießler (https://www.brotbackbuch.de/)
