Cool the egg on a medium heat in the fry pan until it starts to solidify but the egg white is still slightly transleucent.

Sprinkle on the chicken stock powder and grated cheese. You can play with the amounts you use, this is just a general idea of how much I use.

Now just wait and keep cooking the egg until it's cooked to your liking (usually when you start to see a couple of bubbles in the egg yolk it is a good indication it's done)
