Oleh Desrath, I developed this slowly as I was living off a tight budget in my first apartment. I used different things on-hand to doctor up ramen into a real meal. Eventually I hit on this as a more standard recipe.
Combine vegetables, garlic, and cayenne in small saucepan. Add a little water and steam until cabbage is slightly tender. Once prepared, drain and set aside.

Follow directions on package for preparing ramen but use 3 cups water instead of 2.

Combine ramen and vegetables in large bowl. Mix together, stir in egg.

Wait for egg to cook fully (liquid will turn slightly pale).
